REFUND POLICY
If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning you can return it and we will cover the shipping. You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in. This refund is valid within 6 months of purchasing. Email us at contact@energeaa.com for more details.
If you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund under the 30 day guarantee, you would have to trial the item for 20 days before exercising this option.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue your refund within 14 days using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
For withdrawals under the EU right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
